Make sure you have:Your login credentials from HR
Your Social Security Number (for tax forms)
Bank account information (for direct deposit)
Accessing the Portal
- Check your email for an invitation from Saguaro Transport
- Click the confirmation link in the email
- You’ll be redirected to the onboarding portal at
/onboarding

Onboarding Steps
Complete each step in order to finish your onboarding:Step 1: Sign Documents
Review and sign initial employment documents:- Employment agreement
- Company policies acknowledgment
- Confidentiality agreement
Step 2: Code of Ethics
Read and acknowledge the company Code of Ethics covering:- Professional conduct standards
- Ethical business practices
- Reporting procedures
Step 3: W-9 Form
Complete the IRS W-9 form for tax purposes:| Field | Description |

| Tax Classification | Individual, LLC, Corporation, etc. |
| Address | Your current mailing address |
| SSN/EIN | Social Security or Employer ID Number |
Step 4: Tax Withholding (W-4)
Set up your federal tax withholding:| Field | Description |

| Filing Status | Single, Married, Head of Household |
| Dependents | Number of qualifying dependents |
| Additional Withholding | Extra amount to withhold per paycheck |
Step 5: Direct Deposit
Configure your payroll direct deposit:| Field | Description |

| Bank Name | Name of your financial institution |
| Routing Number | 9-digit bank routing number |
| Account Number | Your bank account number |
| Account Type | Checking or Savings |
Signing Documents
All documents use electronic signatures:Document Statuses
After submission, your documents go through review:| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Received, pending HR review |
| Approved | HR has verified and approved |
| Rejected | Needs revision (you’ll be notified) |
Completing Onboarding
Once you submit the Direct Deposit form (Step 5):- Your status automatically changes to Active
- You gain access to the Driver Portal
- HR will review your documents and reach out if needed

- Verify you’re logged in with the correct email
- Contact HR to confirm your employee record is set up
- Ask HR to resend your invitation email
My signature isn't saving
My signature isn't saving
- Try using a mouse instead of trackpad
- On mobile, draw directly on the signature area
- Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
- Clear browser cache and reload the page
My document was rejected
My document was rejected
- Check the Documents tab for the rejection reason
- Contact HR for clarification if needed
- Resubmit with the requested corrections
Form fields won't submit
Form fields won't submit
- Check all fields marked with asterisks (*)
- Ensure SSN format is XXX-XX-XXXX
- Routing number must be exactly 9 digits
- Account number should not contain special characters
