# Shipment Tracking

> Track your deliveries in real-time

## Tracking Your Shipments

### From the Dashboard

Your dashboard shows all active shipments with current status. Click any shipment for detailed tracking.

### By Tracking Number

Enter your tracking number in the search bar to find a specific shipment.

## Shipment Statuses

| Status           | Meaning                                |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| Scheduled        | Pickup scheduled but not yet started   |
| Dispatched       | Driver assigned and en route to pickup |
| Picked Up        | Goods collected, in transit            |
| In Transit       | On the way to destination              |
| Out for Delivery | Driver approaching destination         |
| Delivered        | Successfully delivered                 |

## Real-Time Updates

The tracking page shows:

* **Live Map** - Current vehicle location
* **ETA** - Estimated arrival time
* **Timeline** - All status updates with timestamps
* **Driver Info** - Name and contact (when applicable)

## Notifications

Set up alerts to receive:

* Email notifications at each milestone
* SMS alerts for delivery
* Delay notifications
